Construct a Rocket Base can win the game! It cost 100000$ in game!

Construte a building can bring workers to your State or add more residences for workers to live. If Workers more than Residences, your State’s popularity will lose in times. If your State’s popularity less than 50, you will lose money! If Money equal to zero, you will lose. So keep your eyes on the workers/residences and popularity!
